Buildcheck was selected as a finalist in the 2025 EllisDon ConTech Accelerator. Eight construction technology startups advanced to the final round, with access to EllisDon's mentorship network, technical resources, and potential on-site deployments.

EllisDon identified Buildcheck's automated design issue detection as addressing a critical preconstruction need. Design coordination errors cost the construction industry an estimated $200B+ annually through change orders, rework, and schedule delays.

Buildcheck's platform uses computer vision to detect coordination errors in 2D construction drawings during the preconstruction phase. The company has processed over one million drawings and detected 50,000+ design coordination errors across commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects.
